Vodocom 4u in Vodaworld

My husband just went to buy Data at Vodacom 4u in Vodaworld and he was ill treated by the staff including store manager, When he there he found the lady busy on the till her name is Valdina and as he stood trhere waiting to be assisted onother consultant was sitting and swinging on the chair not even bothered his name is Gorden,when my husband asked him for assistant since he was sitiing he rudely said wait for the lady she will assist when my huband asked for a manager he was also so rude and asked him what he wants did not even want to listen to him and he was so impetient and he defended these useless consultants without even getting my husbands side of the story.this is really discusting that we get mistreated by these people at the shops and worse managers dont even do anything about it.we are regular customers there and we are paying for good service i really dont understand why they bringing the company name down like these,how can a company hire such incompitant bunch of people.my husband was finally assisted at the front desk by Proveshni and she treated him with resoect and a smile on her face.
