Vodocam fibre line cancelled

Hi Called vodacom fibre @12.55 and was told by Asanda that it's an area wide fibre outage. I confirmed with neighbour's that it's not. I called back and Zinhle advised it's an area outage but sent me confirmation for cape town this is after confirming all my details. I am based in roodepoort. My 3rd call thank goodness I got through to someone competent. Sihle and advised my line is canceled with Vumatel. Please advise why SR***
