Vodecom is ripping customers off on data charges from WIFI router contracts

Good day all Vodacom contract customers

I have recently experienced the Vodacom customer call centre to have appalling standards of communication and are not accurately providing the correct message/details pertaining to my WIFI router contract, initially i called the contact centre 3 times, the first call took 17minutes for the agent to answer and drop immediately , the second call took 25 minutes for the agent to try an assist and then dropped the call while I was placed on hold and the third call the agent did finally assist on my issue by establishing that the debit order R3287.70 that was charge 1 August is incorrect. This incorrect debit was further investigated by the call centre agent ,team leader and the finding is the charge is incorrect and if I want the funds refunded I should do a reversal with my bank and manually transfer the correct amount or wait 14 working days for a credit to my account and not a reversal. I was glad to know these charges were incorrect however a day later a customer consultant Paul Hendriks sent an email that he has investigated this matter and the data charges are correct , this was presented on a excel sheet showing the dates of usage. I live alone and my router is encrypted hence only I have access , this router is only utilized for my laptop so I thereafter compared the dates as per the excel sheet to my internet history, I could only match 2 days and the rest were incorrect.

To date I am still waiting for an answer on this issue after 4 emails sent to Paul Hendriks.

Regards
