Vodcoma Johnathan very very useless

So this is a follow up from my Monday review, to date my issue hasn't been resolved to date Johnathan refuses to come and check what the problem is all thr agents I spoke to namely Sinazo,Lazola,Unako, Phila, Sivuyule, Khulele and the Supervisor that Avela that refused to speak to me was was not much help alk they did is type what i say but not positive solution has come of it.. Clearly my R741 is not enough for Vodacom anymore.... It's time I move ... Please recommend a good Fibre service provider....Vodacom: Good day customer,
