Vodcom upgrade *****

I tried to upgrade only to find out that I was upgraded in May last year. After a bit of questioning the vodacom sales consultant told me rewards Co was the company that done the upgrade. Vodacom shared my details with rewards co. They had all my details, the consultant did not tell me it was an upgrade when she called and confirmed throughout the call that it was a value added service. After investigation, they failed to call me as promised and I had to call, quote a referance number to which I was told the consultant did upgrade me and I did not agree. They said they will reverse the upgrade. Now vodacom the main one, refused to give me the deal I requested because it's no.longer valid. Vodacom *****ed me with an upgrade and said I must sort it out with rewards co and then says the deal is over. I definitely want to change my contracts so I don't have deal with vodacom in any *****ulent ways in future.
