i bought my wife a vodacom smart tab3g on 05/12/2015 and on 28/01/2016 the device cought on fire in my wifes hand wile she recieved a call
the device was not on a charger or no earphone device was conected deuring the insident.
we phoned vodacom and they adviced us to take the tablett to our nearest vodashop where they took the device and said they going to send it away but they will replaice it because they dont repair the devices. after several phone calls vodacom said they will not replace it and that they will only give me a discount on my next one. they blame the customer but its not the customer fault that it set on fire wilr resineing a phone call. its a factory default. what if it happend with my kids?. i considerd it deuring the month of january to buy this product for my kids because it has a E-SCHOOL app for the kids to use it in school. what if this insident happend to my kids? would they also blame the customer? THIS IS A LIFE THEATNING DEVICE
