vodcom remove me at credit bureau

i used to have a contract with Vodacom and i paid them in full and they sended me a paid up letter but on credit bureau it still saying i have a contract with Vodacom and i owe them it hurts me cause it affecting my credit rating and i called Vodacom they said it will take 7-14 days to clear off but after six months it still there. very bad service.
