VodCom fibre service sucks

My internet signal has been playing yo yo dropping frequently. I've opened numerous complaint tickets with Vodacom and requested their technicians inspect my routers they fail to comply. My fibre cable on my Vuma box was not installed properly and has a 90degree bend in it needs fixing but VodCom does not care even send them a photo of the problem
