Vodcom Fibre Horrible Service

Honestly if we could give a zero star we would. Vodacom has to he the most useless service provider that has been put on this earth. They have no urgency in any matter as well as they don't bother . We called them like 20times regarding being connected as a technician installed a new router as the old one was damaged. We were first told 4 hrs then 24 hrs then 48 hrs and now it's 7 days later and we still waiting
