Vodcom a ****. Take money after settlement letter issued.

Vodacom has taken another two debit orders from my daughter's account after her contract was cancelled and she received a settlement letter. This is atrocious, how can this be allowed? Vodacom is running a business that *****S from people and has no regard for consumer rights or even how to honour their OWN contract cancellation ethics.

The letter states that full and final payment was made and she no longer owed them any money, yet they still greedily take money. STOP IT!

Vodacom is ********* and WE will NEVER do business with them again.

We emailed their collections and legal department about the matter in December and again this morning, but no one will respond as usual. This company is pathetic.

DON'T DO business with them! You are signing your hard-earned away forever.
