Vodcom
The sending of monthly invoices and statements to my email address for two accounts (in the name of Indutech (Pty) Ltd) had been stopped in July 2020. I have been contacting Vodacom since 9/2/2021 to resolve this issue. The only response I get from them is that my (i) emails were received with a reference number and then (ii) suddenly I receive an email stating that this issue has been closed.
