Vodcaom Upgrades Terrible service
Never do an upgrade via Vodacom Customer No Care!!! I have been waiting on my phone to be delivered and the courier got Hijacked. I have been waiting 4 days for an update from Vodacom with no assistance. The team leader would have phone me back everyday after 4 requests but still no answer. Today I phoned again and they said maybe I will get an update tomorrow. I would rather risk going to a Vodacom store next time in lockdown before I do an online upgrade again
