vodcaom - awful service
i have been trying to cancel or upgrade my contract for over a month and the call center keeps giving incorrect information. so much for customer loyalty. been a client for over 20years and never defaulted on a payment and this is how loyalty is rewarded. been over a month and my query has still not been seen to. absolutely frustrating
