Vodaypay kwika *****s from small businesses

Good day this is a review that I hope gets to all the small businesses out there So Vodapay is part of vodacom and amongst the companies I have selected I could only select vodacom

So I own a small business whereby I have a vodacom kwika machine so I have it for over a year now and recently I abstained a business cash advance from them with an agreement that they would only take back 16% and obviously you card transactional fees so since they started deducted 99% of the time they have been taking more than 16% I contacted their service department which log many calls for me with no help Finally after 3weeks of trying they put me in contact with the correct department after being in contact with them I haven’t received any help The lady shows me a spread sheet where the 16% is visible but if you do the math it almost 50% taken of my income Than the amount that was issued to me has doubled when questioned as to why she doesn’t answer me yet I have a legally binding contract with them stating the amount issued the total payback and the percentage amount which doesn’t seem to make a difference after avoiding all my questions for a week the lady than tells me I’m at the wrong department (because maybe she doesn’t know how to do her job or she doesn’t know how to calculate) the last straw is because of the long weekend I had 2 huge outstanding payments and today they pay me half of that amount.

I’m writing this review to let others know about the pathetic and unprofessional service I received from such a huge company and to also let others know that they shouldn’t get caught the way I have.

Also my next step is to contact my lawyer and let’s take this to court as much as Vodacom is a huge company with fancy lawyers 1+1 is 2 even in china if you wrong you are wrong that’s that .

So please guys to all these small business owners don’t even think about getting a Vodapay qwika machine because you will loose money before you even start making.
