Vodaypay *****
VodaPay: I bought a voucher for Onecart 2 months ago. The vouchercode I received was VDA330-23MSvYR but it said invalid when I wanted to use it. I spoke to Vodaypay that said I must speak to Onecart and this went on for ages back and forth, then Onecart came back and said voucher said it has been used. I never used the voucher and only Onecart and Vodapay had the code. I msg with vodapay on their chat numerous times. Spoke to Andile, Tebolo, Pearl just to name a few and always the same answer, they escalate and I will receive an email back. Nothing still and 2 months later. I will be opening a ***** case against Vodapay as they took money fro a voucher I could not use. I need my money refunded today. Email me greenchairh***mail.com

I just want to let you know that the vodaypay people did phone me but on 2 different occasions. The fist time they only wanted to confirm my last 4 digits of my account. Then yesterday they called and wanted my 1st 6 digits and expiry date of my card. That I found very suspicious and just told them to refund into my wallet. Refund still not in though.
Do they usually ask for expiry date on your card?
