Voday pay app. Worst ******* in 2025.

Vodapay App. Oh dearie me.

I am so fed with this app it is no longer funny nor can I honestly take it anymore. I am more than frustrated with this app as I use it on a daily basis. I spend countless amounts of money on Vodacom but yet when I have to buy data, airtime, use Voda bucks, use the wallet. For myself or somebody else I need first have six mini heart attacks because the app is full of bugs, and is constantly telling me there seems to be an error on their side. What is worse I use it daily of numerous transactions, don't get me started on when it has to connect to the absa banking app. I need to say a little prayer. I don't know if the problem is servers, the app itself, or their user experience team that is not doing justice. When one tries to buy data it bogs down six times before working and all I get is an "Oops error code". I thought it was network but no matter where I am in the country it is still frustrating. One tries to load airtime it's almost as though I am asking vodacom for a favor. I love the vodacom network but honestly I am at my last tether. This can't be the best you can offer me I have had enough please fix this or sooner or later you loose me as a client. What completely drives me off the rails the vodacom app before functioned perfectly not this nonsense. Fix it. UEX, FIX IT
