Vodaxom port not done

Good day, today i decided to go back to vodacom for a new contract. I visited Makro Wonderboom, i advise them that i need to port my old number to the new contract. This wasnt done. I need my old number, all my customers are using that number. I contacted the vodacom call centre, they advised that its to late to change my number back. This service is not up to standard. I quess at vodacom customer service will also be last priority.
