Vodaworld Reopening - Disappointing

Went to the re-opening of Vodaworld on 7 Dec 2018 to upgrade my current cell phone contract. After a long wait, I was advised that the stock had not arrived. The consultant took my details and advised that he would contact me when the stock would I arrive. There was a data deal that was only applicable to business. I also inquired if he could mail me the details required for opening a business account and similar deal applicable to individual. He advises that he would. To date I have not received any feedback.

Today, 13 Dec 2018, I was in the area and decided to pop-in. I got allocated the same consultant as previously. I asked he why he had not contacted me. He was unsure if there was any stock and said that he would check if stock was available. The sale consultant at Vodaworld is unable to check stock levels from his/her computer. There are two warehouses and these have to be checked manually independently. This process sounds vintage for a new technology environment. After 45 minutes the consultant returns and advises that there is stock. I enquired how long the upgrade would take place and was advised that this dependent on the system used. Has I had not planned I going to Vodaworld and had other commitments I could not wait for an undisclosed amount of time to do the upgrade.
