Vodaworld lost my phone's back cover

<p>Day 1</p> <p>My phone's (Nokia 1320) side buttons stops working. So, I decide to take my phone in for repairs at vodaworld on the 5th July 2016. Best service ever...... They book my phone in (with the back cover) and they give my copies and tell me the phone should be ready in about 3 working days. They provide me with a loan phone (because I had insurance I guess) and I leave happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Day 2</p> <p>I get a call from vodaworld to say my phone is ready I can come pick it up. Awesome... Now I get to Vodaworld and it takes them almost an hour to find my phone. Fine... 50-60 mins later they find my phone and its been fixed... however... the back cover has gone missing... (Unfortunately you cant use Nokia 1320 without a back cover), Somehow they got some documents that say I didnt give them the cover. That's funny coz my copies show that I gave them the phone with the cover. Fine... they are agree to look into it after a bit of an argument. They inform me they will order a new back cover. They take back their loan phone and give me aanother loan phone (how stupid is that?)</p> <p> </p> <p>Day 3</p> <p>I get a call to say my phone is ready to be picked up. Cool... I drive to Vodaworld from JHB South again...I get there and they still struggle to find my phone. After waiting for a while they find my phone but the back cover is still missing... It takes another hour to find the back cover. But...hold on a sec... this is not my phone. This cover is cracked... So much that it will fall into pieces the next day. This is not my back cover and what happened to them ordering a new back cover? Guess what... they took their old loan phone and gave me another loan phone again!!! (how stupid is this???!!!) And they still tell me they will order it again and it will take less than a week. Guess again... its 30days later and I still dont have my phone with me!</p> <p>Give me my phone back!</p>
