Vodaworld customer care manager accused for theft

I went to fetch my Samsung Note 5 after receiving a message that the phone is fixed.

When I collected it they told me that after a month it is still not fixed as it was not a Vodacom phone but a replacement phone from my personal insurance (like we told them when giving the phone in for repair).

I was upset because it was not communicated earlier and asked to speak to the manager. Eventually they took me to the manager.

He promised to give the phone to samsung for a new screen and to courier to me within 2 days. He took the vodacom proof and wrote my number on it to let me know when to expect the phone.

That was the last we heard of the phone and I have no idea who the manager is.

Thus I was made a false promise and my Note 5 was ****** by a manager at Vodaworld.

I am planning to change my other 12 contracts to another service provider.

And I am going to open a police case against Vodacom.

Same machine response I received last time from Vodacom. How long is due time?

Not good enough.
