Vodavom lie to you into contracts to make more money.

On the 13th of May 2024 a consultant from Vodacom phoned me for an upgrade. Explaining that we can increase my data and will pay less than I pay now. Numerous times I asked if the ammount he mentioned is what will be deducted feom my account and he confirmed. Even on the message they sent after the phone call, therw was no where mentioned what the value will be. They only send a quote number and no confirmation value of what would be deducted. Now they want to deduct R300.00 more than what he promised over the phone. When I phoned today to complain the coment is only to say that they will get back to me in 7 to 14 working days. This is pathetic and they lie openly, they are the ones to phone you. I did not ask for them to phone me. I will never ever use Vodacom provider again.
