VodaVaccine bundles still not yet allocated

I am so dissapointed with Vodacom, i have entered a VodacomVaccine competition last month where they asked for our vaccination photos we will stand a chance to win 1gigabyte and 60minutes talktime, they rep**** on the 28th September asking for my cellphone number and personal details for verification but up to this date they still havent allocated my prize, they keep telling me that they are sorry for the delay they will send my prize.

I feel ****med and dissapoited as a Vodacom customer.
