Vodasure - Total let down
DO NOT insure your cellphones with Vodasure. In my recent experience they were an absolute disappointment in everyway. Easily take your monthly insurance fees, but when you need to claim - they find every excuse not to pay out...the service was extremely unhelpful and trying to get in touch with a manager proved absolutely impossible. After years of paying insurance - my phone is ****** and they decline the claim. go to OUTsurance or Apple insurance but DONT use this bunch of disappointments
