VodaSuck useless service

Worst service ever. They are the WORST network to have. There was no way I could pay my account during lockdown. So I am now trying to pay my account off. They dont let me know anything. It was 2months or so behind. Ive been paying vodacom every month. People are trying to phone me it says the number doesnt exist. I dont get messages or anything. So I go into vodacom now to pay my normal monthly payments that I can and just ask why does my number not exist after waiting for about 30min to get service. They tell me you are handed over. So I must pay the legal team. So what happened to all my money I've been paying since lockdown ended ? They havent told me this at all. Im just handed over and done. So they tell me to phone... PLEASE TELL ME HOW AS MY NUMBER DOESNT EXIST AND CANT USE THE PHONE AND IM ACTUALLY PAYING. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS

I have phoned more than 4 numbers already. Nobody can help me. I am paying vodacom every month for what ?????????? To have a number that doesn't exist. Omw. Ive phone their legal team I have phoned VVM nobody can pick this vodacom that was handed over up !!!!!!! I still want to know by the way how the heck I was handed over when it is being paid now. Where is the money going to seeing that I'm paying vodacom but apparently Im handed over so I should pay whoever I was handed over to but nobody can tell me who I'm handed over to.
