Vodastore non delivery of orders
Looks like yhis is yhe only platform in which Vodacom can come back to anyone on...
On 10 Dec 2024, I placed 2 orders from the Vodastore. I received the sms that RAM couriers was to deliver the parcels, but they didn't. On 20 Dec 2024, the status of these orders show as returned to Vodacom.
My question is why has no one contacted me to find out what happened with these orders and where are they now?
There is no telephone number to contact anyone at Vodacom. Using 135 number, goes in circles and is always on high call volumes.

Someone call me back on these orders?
