Vodastore must be closed with immediate effect!

Vodacom, please close your vodastore and stick to what you know best.... Selling cellphones and contracts! I ordered goods 2 months ago and logged a call to return some of the goods and guess what I'm still waiting for them to collect the goods! even after several follow ups still nothing!!! I ordered goods 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for delivery! But if it was a contract, I would have received it! Try contacting the customer service department of this vodastore and you will be told there is no direct number to contact them and you have to go through the vodacom customer service help line they will put you through.... The agents take you from pillar to post before you are put through to the right people. I'm so disappointed in vodacom xem! Trying to get hold of the agents who work at Vodastore is a real night mare😒
