Vodastore Blue Route SHOCKING

I went into the Vodashop in Blue Route Mall Tokai Cape Town on Sunday 30 July 2017 to get my daughter a new phone, change my Flexi 110 contract to a 3Gig Data only contract and do a Sim card Swop.

1st my daughter wanted the Huawei P8Lite 2017, they had stock for "UPGRADES ONLY" but not for new contracts(Manager told me Monday that the phones were keeped because of a price increase) against CPA "Right to Equality in the Consumer Market and Protection Against Discriminatory Marketing Practices " was also charged R105 for a new SIM (R0.99 prepaid) for the new contract phone.

2nd my Sim Swop was loaded then canceled while I was sitting in store as per VODACOM call center for reasons unknown

3rd I was billed yesterday R119.49 for the Flexi 110 and never recieved any Airtime(contract was on a Blackberry 9720 so DATA no issue) Found out today while on a 1hour call to VODACOM that the contract change was also canceled while I was still in store although I was billed a "UPGRADE FEE" R150

VODACOM has said that this is between myself and the store even though they(VODACOM) get my monthly contract fee. I see the store as a agent(salesman) of VODACOM and find it odd that they pass the buck saying their hands are tied.

I put it out there if for nothing else to warn people of this practice :/
