Vodashop Umhlanga Zenith Drive Bad Service

I attempted to call the store above for the 8th time today. No response. I choose option for Vodacom repairs eventually and the lady says I called the wrong place ... like "duh" .... i tried to explain to her they are not answering x 8 times ... so guess what she does ... yes you right ... she transfers me yet again to a no response line ... *** So i decide to go online and find and email add for them... *** and guess what , the email bounces

Whoever manages a store like this really does not need the business. Rule #1 answer the phone. Rule #2 make sure your email address works Rule # 3 make sure you dial you own company number to see if your staff answer and how long they take to answer and if they dont maybe you need more staff Rule # 4 tell girl from repair store to get off her tush , get a pen , take a message , walk next door to sales and ask to call the customer back.
