Vodashop Not Honouring Their Warranties
Vodacom does not honour their warranties. Bought earphones for about R400-00 that have a 2-year warranty; written on the pack. They gave in exactly a year later but the Vodashop refuses to replace them, claiming their warranties on earphones are only 6 months. False advertising.
