Vodashop Menlyn maine

Absolutely shocking service. In Feb 2019 I upgraded my contract at Vodashop Menlyn Maine. On the date the special that was running was that I will receive free wireless ear pods. Confirmation that the rep would come and deliver it to me. 6 months later I went back to the shop as absolutely nothing was done. Once again I received confirmation that the rep will get in contact with me in the next week. I went back to the store early Feb this year and guess what...rep still has not called me!absolutely ridiculous!
