Vodashop Matlosana Mall- WORST service ever!!!

WORST Service from Vodashop <br> I have been a customer of Vodacom for as long as I remember. I also consider myself to be a good customer, as all my cellular and data contracts are with Vodacom. However on 5 December 2015 at about 16:45 I received the worst service, EVER! <br> My phone had a no charging problem. I took it in for repairs. They gave me a lone phone. Upon collection of my repaired phone, I asked Fanie Shongwe, the person assisting me, if I could hand in my tablet for the software upgrade, and still keep the lone phone until I would collect my tablet. The man then proceeded to the back and returned a while later with my repaired phone. He gave me the phone and then said that I could not have it unless I hand in the lone phone immediately. I, not having the lone phone present at that time, asked him why he couldn't just have said that from the start, instead he had me waiting for him to fetch the phone at the back, just to tell me I could have it without retiring the lone phone, which is what I asked from the start. <br> Believe it or not, the man then stood up and proceeded to yell at me. Telling me he was just doing his job and following protocol. I tried reasoning with the man
