vodashop Mall@reds, Rooihuiskraal

On 26 July 2016, I bought a new Samsung 7 from Vodashop at ********** The first night the phone froze and I returned it on 27 July. The technicians did something on it and gave it back to me. The phone froze again and i returned it on 28 July 2016, 2 days in succession. I told them to do the right thing which is to exchange the phone as per the contract, however they chose to update the software instead. On the 5 Aug 2016, it froze again and i returned it on 6 August 2016, and i dont have my phone up to today (3 WEEKS LATER). In terms of Ts&Cs Vodashop Mall@reds was supposed to implement Out-of-Box Failure (OBF) clause whereby the cellphone was supposed to be replaced with a new one if its faulty within 7 days. Instead, they chose to try to sort the problem which made the 7 days for the OBF to lapse. As far as i m concerned, the phone has a hardware problem, and since I returned it early enough 2nd and 3rd day. I still demand an OBF to be implemented on my Phone. I cannot inherit a problem, vodocom must take faulty phone and give me new phone.

I M SO DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICE. DISASTER
