<p>I still have no closure regarding the matter of the ********** service that We have received. This matter has now gone on for too long and will reach a new level should I not get answers. Not only do they lie at that shop but they are also ***********. I have spoken to a couple of people already but need to now get feedback from the franchise manager. I will not let this matter go so hiding away and hoping that I forget wont work...</p>
