Vodashop Liberty Promenade

The service at liberty promenade vodashop sucks big time. This is my 2nd time that the consultants are clearly not doing their work. The first time I enquired about my account,handed all documents and according to the consultant he sorted everything out. Typing away on his computer which seemed he was actually assisting me. When I went back 2 weeks later to see why nothing has changed on my acc it was then picked up that the consultant who assisted me did absolutely nothing for me. There was nothing on the system that indicated that the consultant sorted out my matter. When I asked about the consultant I was told he was transferred to the Vodacom store in parow. The 2nd incident, I took my tab in for repairs on the 26may2022...the consultant who assisted me did all the paperwork and told me the repair shop will call me. I never got the call. Last week again I popped in at the shop to inquire about the tab and was told to come back this week. This morning I went again to inquire and was told I need the IMEI NR to get any information. I told them I'll came back again. I then phoned the insurance company, and by just giving them my Id NR they could tell me that no tab was handed in by them for repairs. I went back to the shop and confronted the consultant and to my dismay it was discovered that my tab was laying in the cupboard for almost 3 weeks. They could not even find my paperwork....so how can a shop like this still continue to be operational if their consultants look you straight in the face and lie about sorting out your business...they should be dealt with...managers and all coz clearly that people in that shop is not doing their work properly
