Vodashop eastgate sells laptops that does not work

<p>I purchase a laptop contract from vodashop eastgate mall on the 20th of February 2017. Once the laptop packaging was opened we tried charging the laptop the laptop was not charging .we contacted Thierry the store manager to report this we went to the vodashop before 7days of purchsing this laptop the store refused to assist us . They said we must speak to the manufacturer . I spoke to Thierry on the 28th of march after speaking to dell for over a month . The laptop is brand new and its not working Thierry has refused to take our calls I have emails to prove this . Vodcom customer care line says they cannot assist the store says they cannot assist . We are paying vodacom yet they cannot provide us with a service . Thierry has now started ignoring my calls and emails . This is a brand new laptop that should be replaced not repaired. </p>
