Vodashop ClearWaterMall

Vodacom Shop Clear Water Mall; on 02/06/2018 I visited this Vodacom Store for upgrades etc. Instead of any assistance I was asked to leave the store as I demanded answers on a previous transaction where monies is due to me and not paid. I insisted to get the owners details but was informed that the owner does not talk to clients and only works once a week and then dont have time for his clients. Since I have posted my complaint on several social media pages and got response from Clear Water Mall and Samsung apologizing on behalf of their companies for the very poor service by either a supplier or client of theirs being Vodacom Shop Clear Water Mall. I also spoke to two gentlemen from Vodacom Complaints. 1st was a William Tjatji. He would have given me feedback the following day, but has since not rep**** on my mails or sms. 2nd was Sipho also from Vodacom complaints. He asked for the weekend to solve the issues and to revert back to me by Monday that has sinced past. And guess what! NOTHING!! Vodacom Store Clear Water has made no effort to respond to several mails and phone calls. Perhaps the owner is not at work yet? Vodacom I will not give up! I will continue to post my story every 5 days. Vodacom since you are not making a sincere effort to resolve this may I assume you justify the manner in which I was treated by this store affiliated to you directly? Mr Owner of Vodashop Clear Water, not even a mail saying you are attending to this or investigating this? Your manager Ali says you only work once a week and then cant talk to clients. Seeing my persistence to get whats due to me, and you not responding to me, may I take it that you dont care about me as a client? Cos according to my calculation almost two weeks has passed, meaning you worked twice and could not make any effort to reply to my mails!? FYI, this is my 3rd post ever. I would not normally go to this extremes and certainly dont need the R 5000.00 you owe me. I am just taking a stand that no person will treat me in the manner I was treated by the management of this store. I deserve respect as a paying client of Vodacom and Vodashop and till you give me that respect I will not back down.
