Voda****S
Vodacom is a prime example of how NOT to conduct business, and it is apparent that their employees are placed in positions to fill quotas while these same people are incapable of doing the job.
My LTE service has been down since 26 March. I was told on several occasions that a technician will arrive to fix the issue. No technician pitched up on the days I was told they would. After a week of fighting with Vodacom, I am told that my SIM is blocked and it will be resolved. Days later I am told that my SIM is blocked because my contract has been unpaid for 4 months.
My debit order goes off like clockwork - but where the **** does my money go? Towards paying the salaries of useless sacks of ****? Into thin air? Into the back pocket of one of the many dumb ****s at Vodacom?
It has taken two weeks to receive an answer and the answer is still WRONG? Useless Vodacom.
My business details have been incorrectly captured. Additional charges have been loaded on to my account for products I do not have or did not request. These people are as dumb as the ground they walk on. The collective IQ of Vodacom indicate that these people should be watered like pot plants and left in the sun, because they are not good for anything else.
Can Vodacom do anything right? I doubt it. Employ people to fill a quota, but lord Jesus when you need help, you might as well be asking a plastic packet for assistance.
I am still waiting for Vodacom to respond to my review I posted over a week ago - no contact, no communication. Just plain bull**** customer service.
How about you respond properly, instead of with some generic bull**** that will never materialise?
This is the same pathetic response that I received a week ago and I have yet to hear from any of your cretin staff.

"inconvenience" is an understatement.
Your Hello Peter team are probably just as useless as the rest of your establishment.
