Vodaphone live Cancelletai0n and refund

<p>I have tried to cancel a vodaphone live subscription to a newspaper which all of a sudden appeared on my bill from January 2016 for R60.00 incl vat.I phoned vodacom and got a ref number 1- ********** 7803 and was told it would be cancelled, i also requested a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recieved a sms to tell me it was resolved on the 17 nov.</p> <p>My December bill now has a double charge for the subscription and still no refund!!!!</p> <p>So we are now on R720.00 That has been added to my bill since January!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
