Vodaphone a lot of ****p and no care attitude from Vodacom

<p>I must say i am highly disappointed with Vodacom. I brough the vodaphone S7 smart in October. My son dropped the phone and the screen is cracked, but the phone is working which is great as the cracked screen does not bother me at all!!!!! So then all of a sudden the phone just takes data like crazy, whatsapp stopped working and things just went heywire with the software . I took it to Vodacom repairs in Alberton New Market mall, they said they will have to send it through for repairs, and we would have an answer with 24 hours,. I STILL could live with the fact that i only got sms the same sms, 2 days in a row, which said that the as*****t is in progress.</p> <p>So today i get a calll, JOB number ********** 2, the quote giving is R1053.82 to get the phone fixed, i said that is impossible i could just as well buy a new phone to which i was told yes i could. i also said that the phone should still be under warrenty, to which the answer was the if screen is cracked then the warrenty falls away. which is bull****, i did not ask them to repair the screen i wanted to know what the problem is with the software and why is is *****ING data.</p> <p>the answer i got just sorry that is was head office where the phone is, and they said so. I said, in otherwords you are telling me the vodaphone is a piece of S(*&)* and i would be better off buing another phone, to which the answer was yes!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really i-rate, as i tried to explain i am not worried about the screen as the phone is working. i needed to find out what was *****ing the data on the phone.</p> <p>Vodacom, this is such a dissapointing expreience, my whole family has been with you Network from the beginning, but seems like you really have go to big and just don't give a dam about your customers anymore.!!!!!</p> <p>take one of the replacement phones crack the screen and give it to me as long as the softwear is working, as that was the problem in the first place.!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>i cannot tell you how ****ed off I am and disgusted with you. and i expect a response!!! this is the least you can do!!!!</p> <p> </p>
