Vodapay wallet

I tried to create a wallet on the stupid vodapay app and its stuck in a 24h fica loop screen and no one can assist me from vodacom tells me to uninstall and reinstall the app then then they dont do fica its Home affairs all sorts of bull**** stories is it really that hard to log into the account and just clear or approve the document. Like always Useless

Kindly note that the Issue has been resolved. Please log in to the App go to wallet and update the details then cancel everything under self-identification. Then you can update the details again.
