VodaPay wallet

The VodaPay app is great overall, but the VodaPay wallet has been a major disappointment. I have funds topped up in my wallet that I’m unable to use due to unresolved FICA verification issues. Despite submitting multiple applications to expand my wallet, nothing has been resolved. I've contacted customer care numerous times and each time I'm told the issue will be escalated to the back office and that I’ll be contacted - yet I’ve been waiting since last year without any follow-up. Based on my experience, I do not recommend using the wallet feature.
