Vodapay Vouchers refund , no one know what they are doing

Got a R200 vodapay voucher that I cannot use because no bp close to my area accepts the voucher and would like to get a refund ....I called vodacom that referred me to vodapay and they referred me to payments 24 and payment 24 referred me back to vodacom , so what now ? Call vodacom or vodapay again and I'm on hold for 10 minutes before someone answers or do I try call payment 24 that does not answer at all. Anyone that can help ?
