Vodapay Vouchers Not Working - Vodacom will not REFUND!

I bought a BP fuel voucher using the Vodapay app. I went to 3 BP fuel stations, but they all refused to accept the voucher, stating that Vodapay does not pay them, or if and when they pay, they take too long.

So, I initiated a refund process with Vodacom. It took about a week for them to agree that they would refund me. They said I should get the money in at a maximum of 7 days. This is the 3rd week, and I am still waiting for the money. I have tried reaching out to them, but it seems no one knows who is responsible for the damn refund!

The worst part was that the last time they phoned me was the previous week, on a Tuesday, the lady promised to do a follow-up call but never did.

I do not know if their vouchers don't work or what, mine was not accepted by three fuel stations.

Terrible, Terrible experience with Vodapay. The people that I have been dealing with are worse.
