Vodapay still didnt get back to me

Vodapay still didnt get back to me.I woke up on 20 May to notifications of transactions that went off on my bank account, while I was sleeping, with Vodapay as reference. There was no transaction on Vodapay, but the transactions reflected on my bank account. I contacted the bank and the bank said the money was paid to Vodapay. Vodapay asked me to send bank statement and screenshots of messages, which I did. After over a week of back and forth, they sent me an sms this morning saying the query is resolved and to take it up with my bank. I contacted the bank again and they said the only advice is to replace my debit card at a cost of R80. My bank card was in my wallet. AT HOME. while I was asleep. What must I do now? It could be 3 smaller amounts now, what if my bank account is cleared and I have no control, yet my bank insists the money was paid to Vodapay? My money is just gone. Neither have been helpful. I paid R80 to replace my bank card
