Vodapay ****med me, Never received my order

I ordered a powerbank on the 8th March, my order was pending until 2 days later it was canceled. I inboxed Vodapay on Facebook but they only told me to submit proof of purchase and bank statement to show that the money was deducted of which I did submit but still didn't get a refund. On the 13th I called vodabucks store to ask them about it, they requested bank statements again and I told them not to refund but deliver the powerbank since the money was deducted already and refund would take long and I was told to wait for a response upto 72hours and up until today they don't have an answer for me, Today they asking for a Bank statement again and still no Powerbank or refund. I am tired of this Vodapay and their **** ways. I just want my money since they can't deliver, I'm tired of sending bank statements all the time.
