VodaPay Order not delivered

I made an order on the 29 November 2023 on the VodaPay app. Only one item was delivered out of 2 items. I have been calling to get the order till today, every time I call there is a certain number of days that I need to wait to get feedback not the order that I made. This is getting really frustrating as the consultant don't even sound concerned to ensure that I get my order.
