Vodapay Not Paying legitimate transactions

This is regarding Vodapay. We have bought multiple terminals and they were working well, until early August 2024. The first day there was no payment into our bank account we phoned the call centre and they (the call centre supervisor) told us to carry on using the machine it will be corrected in the next 2 to 3 days (this is recorded). It has been 2 weeks and daily calls, we have been told it has gone to the ***** department and we must speak to them, however there are no email addresses or phone numbers and they won’t transfer us. When we eventually got some communication back via email…now 2 weeks later they said they will pay if we can supply them with their invoices generated by their terminal and software, but now the machine has been deactivated and wiped of all transactions and the online portal is wiped. Now please tell me how we are supposed to run a business when Vodapay has ****** our money for no apparent reason and then tells us to send them their information before we can get paid but wipes all the information? Is this how small businesses are treated in South Africa? Is Vodapay going to hire the staff that lose their jobs because they are taking money that isn’t theirs? How much money has Vodapay taken in this way? This is a canteen and runs on cash flow…how do we stay open if we can’t buy stock?
