VodaPay Kwika a ****

As a small business owner I am making use of a new VodaPay Kwika POS Device. The first transaction on the device was honored an paid and the latest transaction from 2-Feb-24 was not honored and paid. Apparently funds get frozen and investigated by the Finance Department and it takes up to 10 business days to be released, without any communications or follow-ups. No success in trying to contact them or trying to resolve the issue through the ***call centre, or asking for a direct contact number or email address. Their standard response is that transactions get investigated and that it will take up to 10 business days to resolve while they kill small businesses not releasing cash and also damaging the trust relationship necessary for businesses to use the VodaPay Kwika POS Device. The contact email address is *** with no reference made to Vodacom or VodaPay. When asking the call centre agent if I must rather use a Yoco Card Machine, the response was that it is my choice what I want to use. Treating customers as ****mers pose the question, who is ****ming who? Will I get interest on the funds to compensate for loss of income. I want to return the device for a refund.
