VODAPAY KILLING SMALL BUSINESSES

Am running a small business in Krugersdorp and we are in the business for about 5 years as a restaurant in the township. about a month ago we purchased Vodapay Point of sale machines, last week we called a big artist to perform we made good sales that weekend but not forgetting cost to put all of this this together…. Little did I know that Vodapay will hold my funds for 7 days without any valid reason whatsoever.

I called the Vodapay helpline to get assistance, I literally spent 30min per day for 3 days when No one was able to explain as to what happening or when my funds will be released.I then asked to speak to the team leader which then promised to call me back in an hour on the 1st June and never did, today the 2nd June I called and the gentleman by the name of Kishan answered and could assist as the person responsible for the case hasn’t responded for a week.
