Vodapay is horrible my money is being withheld again after a failed transaction!

The vodapay app is horrible I really would not recommend it to my worst enemy, seemingly I did not learn my lesson using this app, I should have stopped in 2024.

In 2024 I made a transaction using their visa card which I had done a few times before, this time the transaction failed and vodapay withheld my funds, I reached out to their agents and they gave the me run around for weeks seemingly putting my issue in the back, every agent I spoke to seemed clueless and it took 4 months for my funds to get credited back into the vodapay app, FOUR MONTHS.

Here we are 2 years later, a transaction failed last week Friday and funds are withheld once again, just spoke to an agent and she says I need to wait for 7 days for a way forward, this is horrible, vodapay/vodacom should just remove this card option, you can't inconvenience people like this with their money! With banks if a card transaction fails the bank doesn't withhold the money in the first place!
